This policy explains how your personal data is collected and processed when you use axcod.es, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

2. What we collect and why

  • Email / resources sign-up: your email address, to send you resources, news and alerts when something new is published.
  • Contact form: your name, email, the topic you write about and your message, to reply and handle your request.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent and on the legitimate interest of responding to you. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Retention

We keep your data while you stay subscribed or as needed to handle your request, and afterwards for the legally required periods. When you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data is erased.

5. Recipients and providers

We don't sell your data. We use the following processors:

  • Supabase, Inc. — Hosting of the contacts and students database (EU).
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — Notification email and newsletter delivery (USA).
  • Vercel, Inc. — Website hosting (USA).
  • Gumroad, Inc. — Sale of digital products (USA).
  • Cal.com, Inc. — Class booking and reminders (USA).
  • Zoom Video Communications, Inc. — Video call and class recording (USA).

Some providers are in the USA and may involve international transfers, covered by the appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses technical local storage to remember whether you've seen the resources window. You can clear it from your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@axcod.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. Any changes will be posted on this page with their update date.
